Payable in advance or on the day of therapy. 

I can negotiate a scaled rate for those on low income. 

If you need to cancel, 48hrs is preferred and at least 24hrs notice is required (via email, phone call or text). Failure to provide due notice means the fee must be paid in full.

Excluding emergencies - leave and holidays (for the therapist or patient) must be discussed at least 1 week in advance with appropriate notice given.
